**Salary £**2**4,800 **base salary with OTE of £**40**k**+**

**37.5 hrs per week (9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday)**

**About Everflow**

Everflow is a multi-utility retail company forming part of the Everflow Group. We are the fastest growing water retail company in the UK, with a focus on SME businesses. Working within a diverse, fast paced team you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries as well as outbound calling for cross selling multiple utilities, and winning new business, initially with a focus on telecoms as the primary sale and commercial water and waste as cross sell.

**Role Overview**

We have an opportunity for an experienced and high performing Direct Sales Advisor to join our team in providing an unrivalled service to our customers whilst cross selling multiple-utilities and winning new business.

**Responsibilities include**
- Cross selling multiple utilities and additional Everflow products
- Using our custom-built system to generate quotations to new and existing customers
- Dealing with a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to customers
- Accurately inputting outcomes to Sales Force CRM
- Offering quotations to business customers and closing business
- Objection handling
- Listening to the customers’ needs
- Assisting where possible with the customers queries
- Managing and prioritising workload on a daily basis to ensure high levels of effective productivity
- Any other duties reasonable expected of you within your role

- Strong and proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Exceptional attention to detail
- The confidence and work ethic to talk with lots of business owners every day
- The enthusiasm to overcome challenges and talk about Everflow with passion and pride
- Strong relationship building skills to instantly build a rapport with a wide variety of people
- The right attitude to enjoy the test of closing a sale and working to targets
- UK telecoms or other utility industry knowledge (highly desirable)
- Working to a high standard with good timekeeping
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- The ability to cope well under pressure
- Self-motivated and a team player
- IT Literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Flexibility with hours during busy periods
