**Hours**:

- 45 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
- No Weekends, No Bank Holidays and Christmas shut down

**Job Purpose**:
To ensure that Goods are Received, Stored, Picked and Made on schedule and are within QC guidelines To ensure the workplace is kept in good working order. To ensure all targets are met and any issues are reported up line in good time. To support the Supervisor in daily activities and plan physical workloads. To organise staff in daily duties.

**Main Duties**:

- Unloading delivery vehicles
- Coordinate daily despatches
- Check Plant is fit for purpose
- To assign daily production /warehouse workloads
- Palletising goods and receiving them into the building correctly
- Locate goods correctly
- Use the (WMS) Warehouse management system
- Stock replenishment
- Pick components for production and deliver to the correct location
- Follow picking guidelines
- Assemble all stock to current QC standards
- Ensure those around you build to QC standards
- Be able to build a full stock range to current QC standards
- Maintain assembly Targets
- Assist in Catalogue/photography tasks
- Keep housekeeping tasks up to date both inside and outside the building
- Keeping equipment checks up to date
- Reporting any faults and issues to team leader/supervisor or manager
- Involved in stock counts
- Work offsite if required
- Work as directed
- Train to cover some of the Supervisor role
- Make the coffee
- Order misc. products
- Liaise with customers
- Carry out production demonstrations

**Skill and Experience**:

- Training given
- Teach newcomers how to assemble goods
- Train new starters on the use of the WMS
- WMS super user
- Tool use
- FLT training

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oldbury: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
