**About the Opportunity**

Are you an experienced site Forklift Operator/Labourer with a high standard of competence and a keen eye for health and safety?

We are a multi-award-winning housebuilder that operates nationally across 14 regions and 2 timber frame factories Right now we are recruiting for a Forklift Driver/Labourer to join our Portland Rise site in Sutton in Ashfield.

As a Forklift Driver/Labourer you will safely transport and distribute materials and goods around the site as directed by site management and carry out the duties of a General Labourer to the standard of competence and quality workmanship as required by the Company. Key responsibilities include:

- Distribute materials in a safe and conscientious manner from the site compound/bulk storage area to the workplace
- Unloading, distributing and storing deliveries
- Ensuring materials are in the correct locations
- Security of the site, plots and all materials
- Health and safety throughout
- Cleanliness and maintenance of the site

**Key Criteria**
- CITB Certificate of competence for rough terrain/telescopic forklifts
- Previous experience of driving forklifts within the construction sector on building sites
- Hardworking/conscientious
- Self motivated
- Honest/co-operative/trustworthy
- Knowledge of the building industry/material/components
