Our prestigious client who is a Bolton based company is urgently seeking 2 x full time permanent Call Centre staff to start work **IMMEDIATELY.**

You will be working for a company who specialise in, dealing with mis-sold investments and pensions & helping to claim back management charges for a service clients have never received

Our client is a growing company and they looking to move into new and exciting areas too. This means you will not working on the same campaign long term and you will have a variety of products to sell.

**MAIN DUTIES**
- Making and receiving calls from qualified leads.
- No Cold calling involved - You will received upto 50 inbound calls per day.
- Building a rapport with clients.
- Advising clients on mis-sold investments, pensions & management charges.
- Explaining to clients about the claims process and procedure.
- Talking to clients about the paperwork they receive and advising how to sign using the Sign away portal.
- Effective case & time management.

**PACKAGE & BENEFITS**
- £23,000 Basic salary per annum.
- Uncapped commission with the average being £500 per month

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Customer service/ Sales experience - Ability to turn sales leads into business.
- Experience in a FCA regulated environment (not essential).
- If you have previously worked with a Banking Call Centre environment, this would be ideal.
- Team player.
- Telephone dialler experience is ideal.

**Working hours**:

- Office hours are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm
- Friday 9am - 5pm.
- 2 days a week will be 10am - 6pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
