Job Summary
We are seeking new team members to join us in Clevedon.
Experience is not necessary, all you need is a willingness to learn, flexibility, a can do attitude and a desire to help someone live a full life
In Clevedon you\'ll support people in different places these can be sessions within community venues, voluntary venues such as charity shops and food banks, horticulture locations as well as our day centres and in their own homes. You\'ll promote, maintain and increase the independence of the people we support.
About the role
The support you provide will be centred around each person’s values, preferences and needs which could include developing daily living skills, accessing a wider community, personal care and medication needs.
Working in friendly teams you’ll be supported in your role from day one. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support. Visit our website for more information.
About you

- Sleep-ins paid at £60 extra (basic salary £10.02 - £10.24 p/h)
- Full training to gain the nationally recognised Care Certificate.

- Rota\'s are planned 6 weeks in advance.

A driving licence is essential for tis role.
Successful applicants for this role will require an enhanced DBS check.
