Recent years have seen unprecedented levels of political violence across the globe, which has caused fundamental changes to the Political Violence and Terror (PV&T) insurance market. This means it is an exciting time to join Marsh’s PV&T team who work closely with clients across the globe to identify their particular threats and exposures, and provide innovative, tailored cover from market-leading Insurers.

The Marsh Political Violence & Terrorism team is market leading and offers support to a diverse portfolio of clients globally. This is a perfect opportunity to join this established client focussed team operating in an exciting and varied sector of the insurance industry.

**We will rely on you to**:

- Take ownership of a designated diverse client portfolio
- Place Political Violence and Terrorism risks into the London insurance market
- Establish information required by insurers and/or market to obtain comprehensive indication/quotation
- Formulate a broking strategy according to type and scale of risk
- Ensure a clear client focus including ensuring that Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) disciplines are applied
- Develop and maintain market knowledge and relationships with a broad range of underwriters
- Develop new and existing relationships with clients, colleagues and insurers including overseas Marsh offices
- Maintain awareness of the pricing levels in the market place utilising relationships at the most effective level to achieve competitive pricing and conditions

**What you need to have**:

- Strong in-depth insurance broking knowledge and experience within the Terrorism market
- Demonstrate strong team working ability in order to forge strong working relationships within the business to meet defined goals and targets
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and numerical skills and proven track record to provide a high level of customer service
