**Job Purpose**
The Product and Partner Relations Assistant plays a vital role in the smooth running of our trips. Working with the Product and Partner Relations team, you will carry out a range of tasks to ensure that all accommodation bookings are completed and logged in an accurate and timely manner. You will provide varied admin support to meet the growing needs of the business and support the team in fostering great relationships with our many and varied partners.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Ensuring booking requests for private clients, groups and guides are completed and logged in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensuring all information held on our computer systems regarding suppliers is as detailed and accurate as possible.
- Identifying supplier commissions and ensuring they are received as necessary.
- Reconfirmation of dates and rooms held for our group trips with our partners.
- Delegated administration tasks to support the needs of the team and the wider business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Working with the Sales and Operations teams to book the required accommodations to meet the needs of the business in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Inputting data into our CRM system, such as the annual scheduling of trip departures.
- Working alongside the rest of the Product and Partner Relations team to reconfirm our annual hotel reservations and ensure their accuracy on our CRM.
- Update supplier information on our CRM system as and when required to ensure the accuracy of information.
- Working alongside our Senior Product and Partner Relations Coordinator to ensure supplier commissions are logged, followed up and received.
- Reading supplier feedback from both clients and guides and identifying when to escalate.
- Administration tasks relating to various projects to support the needs of the business.
- Work within the company timeline to deliver all of the above on time.

**Desired role specific Skills, Knowledge & Experience (in addition to those listed on the main careers page)**
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably gained within the hospitality or travel and tourism industry, or relevant further education. Ideally, this experience would include some relationship management.
- Interest and understanding of the UK travel and tourism industry, ideally possessing a good understanding of the hotel and accommodation sector.
- Excellent written English.
- Practical experience in the activities offered by the Wilderness Group would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of the areas where the Wilderness Group operates would also be an advantage. Especially England and Wales.
