**Responsibilities**
- Assist in providing personal care and support to residents in a care home setting.
- Help with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Maintain accurate care plans and documentation as required.
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
- Drive to various locations if required for home care services.
- Uphold health and safety standards while performing duties.
**Qualifications**
- NVQ qualification preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic IT proficiency
- Ability to follow care plans
- No prior experience needed; training will be provided
**Shift Patterns Available**:
- Mornings: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Breakfast & Dinner Calls)
- Afternoons: 3:30 PM - 10:30 PM (Tea & Bedtime Calls)
- Shifts range from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM
No experience is needed We provide training in theory and practical skills to help you succeed. All we ask is that you bring your compassion, dedication, and care for individuals.
