We are hiring for **Payroll Admin / Payroll Adminstrator / Payroll Benefits Administrator**
**Location : Remote** & 1/3 days in Southampton Office
- Should have experience with day-to-day management of processes and procedures that affect payroll
- Required expertise in working with internal & external stakeholders, production of management information & reporting as per the process
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to a non-technical audience with confidence and impact and should be omfortable consulting with & influencing key stakeholders at all levels. Be data-rational, with strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good to have expertise in HR and Reward practices and interactions with other HR related processes

**Salary**: £95.00-£100.00 per day
