**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of various baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and baking trays safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and report shortages to management.
- Support other kitchen staff as needed during busy periods.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a culinary or bakery setting ; a willingness to learn is key.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
- Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and baking processes.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings or weekends as required.

Working Hours: Tuesday Friday Saturday 5am start each morning.
