Forward Role are proud to be representing one of the most influential and reputable Retail businesses in the country, as they look to expand their Digital Marketing team with the recruitment of a talented and ambitious PPC Manager. Paid Media, specificallyPPC accounts for an enormous chunk of company revenue, so this exciting and varied role will see you work closely on paid search, ensuring campaigns meet high standards through day-to-day checks and optimisations. Although the position will be heavily slantedtowards PPC, you’ll be able to support the growth of their website through plenty of other channels such as Social, Affiliates and SEO.

**Your day to day would look like**:

- Develop and execute the PPC strategy for two Retail brands, ensuring the channel is delivering the % revenue contribution set.
- Manage account budgets, ensuring daily and monthly budgets are inline with ROAS targets.
- Set objectives and targets for all search and shopping campaigns to ensure spend has expectations and a measurable return.
- Monitor paid search performance, maximising KPI’s such as Impression Share, CTR and ROAS.
- Responsible for the strategy and optimisation of our performance max campaigns.
- Oversee campaigns across YouTube, Discovery, and Google Display.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis so that stakeholders are kept up to date with performance.
- Manage the PPC Executive within the Digital Marketing team as well as external agencies and search partners.
- Work closely with the SEO agency to support a combined search strategy.

**Your skills & experiences**:

- Hands on paid search experience working across Google and Microsoft Ads, as well as Google Merchant Centre
- minimum 2 years either in house or agency
- Experience managing enterprise budget
- Profit-focussed and KPI driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Incredibly organised and confident in a fast-paced environment
- A commercial attitude
