**_ Centum_** is an Irish Mechanical, Electrical & Civil Engineering company, based in Toomebridge, Northern Ireland and we have been operating since 2015. **Main Duties**
- Be responsible for the effective management and delivery of the recruitment process ensuring procedures are followed in a timely and efficient manner. This will involve arranging interviews, liaising with the relevant HR Partner teams and line managers to ensure the smooth running of recruitment campaigns, issuing offers of employment, and ensuring that eligibility to work information is checked and kept on file.
- Advise recruiting managers on recruiting schedules, appropriate advertising, job descriptions and person specifications, job evaluation, re-gradings of posts and remuneration.
- Daily analysing of CV’s and creating talent pools.
- Liaising with management to identify recruitment needs.
- Browsing social networking sites like LinkedIn for suitable profiles with required skills
- Using a range of software packages
- Sending offer and rejection letters
- Updating new starter spreadsheets
- Communicating in a timely manner to the appropriate audience to ensure the transition from recruitment to onboarding is efficient and effective.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures.

**_Any other duties as requested or required by the Managing Director._**

**Essential Skills/criteria**
- 2 years’ experience in a recruitment role.
- GCSE or equivalent English and Maths, grade c or higher
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Excellent professional attitude
- Adaptable and flexible in your approach to your working day
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and highly IT literate
- Time management skills
- Team-player

**Desirable**
- Experience in a similar industry/role
- EU recruitment experience
- Sales Experience in a target driven environment
- Additional language
