**Salary**:£18,694 - £19,680 (_plus an additional £1,000 Retention Bonus*) Salary range: £20,168 - £21,231 (Full time equivalent)_

**Location**:Cranleigh, Surrey

- **Office Administrator**
Based in our main office area, you will be providing support to our senior leadership team leadership team, overseeing yearly and event planner production and maintenance, providing support for annual reviews including minute taking, administrative teamsupport and database input and administration and any other duties appropriate to the role.

- **Administrator (Reception Based)**
This role is based in our reception area. Working with the receptionist you will be the welcoming face of St Joseph’s for visitors and will assist with answering and directing incoming calls. Lead support and cover on reception duties, newsletter administrationand production, communications and student records, will support Executive Principal for key documents and meetings, provide support for annual reviews including minute taking and other admin department duties as and when required.

You will need to be confident at communicating with staff of all levels, external agencies and prospective parents and must have empathy for the needs of our students.

These roles are term time including CPD days (39 weeks) plus 15 days to be worked during school closure periods.

Hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.00pm on Friday (including an unpaid 30-minute break each day). 25 days plus public holidays paid per year (FTE, pro-rated).

St Joseph’s is a registered charitable trust comprising a special needs school, college, registered children’s home and adult supported living houses. Our school and college students are aged 5-19 with complex learning disabilities and severe social communicationand behavioural issues. If you are recruited, you will be required to complete Safeguarding and Team Teach positive behaviour support training as part of your induction.
