We have various new roles available in our growing summer front of house team. We don’t expect you to have years of experience We just want you to have a great personality, confident communication skills, able to time manage and a drive for service and sales success

- Full front of house training given
- Provide excellent customer service to your guests
- Greet customers and present menus.
- Make suggestions based on customer preferences
- Take and serve food/drinks orders
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Arrange table settings
- Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
- Deliver bills and collect payments
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

**Required Skills**:

- Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
- Hands-on experience in customer relations
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Willingness to learn new skills
