_Senior Care Assistant _
Ensure Service Users are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing

To ensure that all staff contribute to the efficient running of the service and supervise staff

Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support

Develop effective working relationships with other employees within Summerhill Care Home

Work in cooperation with members of the multi-disciplinary teams to maximise opportunities for Service Users

Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth

Have previous experience working as a senior carer

Have relevant NVQ and to have medication training

Attend statutory training and any other training as directed by the management

Unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorships at this time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.70 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- providing care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)

Work Location: One location
