We are looking for someone who has a thirst for knowledge and delivers beyond customers expectation. They need to have an open mindset to learning and be genuinely interested in understanding customers needs to provide them the best service.

Turning Factor make transformational change with their customers, and we have a need for a Team Leader to lead and transform a small team with ambitions to grow it.

Earning potential would be that you can double your base salary with bonus, which would be unlimited.

- A phased performance with KPIs during induction building to 100% on successful completion of the induction period.
- Uncapped monthly bonus based on performance and accelerators

**Who you are...**
- Previous experience within sales is desirable but not essential.
- A desire to make outbound calls and answers inbound enquiries with a confidence
- A positive attitude to work and the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
- A willingness to learn new skills and create a career in sales through desire, motivation and sales excellence
- A desire to exceed personal and company targets to deliver uncapped rewards month on month

**Your working day...**
- Responsible for achieving monthly targets and KPI’s as set out by Contact Centre Manager.
- Making outbound calls from the company database to existing and prospective customers, creating leads to develop sales.
- With training, recommending, demonstrating, estimating and negotiating to win business and cross selling the full range of products and services, to maximise company revenue and personal rewards.
- Learn all company systems relevant to the role.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues through the business to achieve customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
