**Your new role**:
Patient experience (PX) is a core function of our business, responsible for being the voice of our patient. We are experiencing an unprecedented amount of change and business growth, and with it PX will grow and mature while maintaining excellent standards.

It’s vital that you can think critically and strategically in a complex, fast changing environment, with a roll your sleeves up attitude to help us build a business we can be proud of, where patient care and excellent clinical outcomes is at the heart of all we do.

You’ll be involved in projects from identification to implementation and beyond. As your skills and confidence grow you’ll be identifying and leading these projects. You’ll engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business and in every area to deliver process improvements effectively.

**Requirements**:
**Key tasks in your exciting new role**:

- Capturing ideas submitted to the innovation station for further analysis and implementation
- Working with the management team to support prioritisation for implementation, assessing cost/benefit, effort and availability
- Creating benefits cases and benefit analysis to measure primary, secondary and tertiary business benefit
- Supporting to map and design new processes and improve existing processes in PX, detailing process gaps, identifying waste and inefficiencies for future improvements
- Completing data analysis, understanding problem statements and uncovering root causes
- Working with Key Stakeholders across the entire business to implement process change while maintaining operational excellence
- Working with key stakeholders on Solution design, implementation planning and monitoring to measure success

- You’re not afraid to challenge anything that doesn’t feel right or ask questions if you don’t understand something
- You’ve got a keen eye for detail and can determine patterns and trends quickly, and you can spot a mistake a mile away
- You’re able to really listen to what people are saying and see beneath it to what they are NOT telling you
- You’re understanding and empathetic and you’re able to get to the detail of what you need to know
- Your focus is Patient First and you are always looking for the best way to deliver an exceptional service, not only to our patients, but our partners, providers and colleagues
- Previous experience using excel would be beneficial but not essential
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively is essential.
