Swimming Instructor

**Join the H2o Swimming Academy Team - Lisburn**

We’re on the lookout for **enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused swim instructors** to join our team at H2o Swimming Academy in **Lisburn**.

You’ll need to be **approachable, friendly, and patient**, with a strong ability to build trust, encourage confidence, and motivate children in the water.

**Location**:
H2o Swimming Academy, Unit 4, 24 Altona Rd, Lisburn BT27 5QR

**Pay**:
£17.50 - £20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

**Shifts Available 7 days a week**:

- **Weekdays**: 15:00 -19:30
- **Weekends**: 09:00-13:00 (potential to offer afternoon)

(Potential to increase hours in the future. Cover hours also available on an ad-hoc basis.)

Classes are small group sessions with a maximum of **6 children per class**.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Level 2 Swim England/ASA or STA qualification (or equivalent)
- Enhanced Access NI certificate (or willing to obtain)

**Desirable (but not essential)**:

- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
- First Aid Training
- Safeguarding Training

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £17.50-£20.00 per hour
