- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for learning.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is advantageous, but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students of diverse abilities.
