**Job Title**:UK Sales Manager** **Salary: Up to 45K base with 70K OTE** **Summary of Role**: Lead, coach, close sales and inspire your team to sell company's portfolio across to private individuals, contractors and corporate accounts. - Responsible for coaching and leading a small team of sales people - Supporting the Sales function across UK to include: - Closing deals - Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets based on delivered revenues and profi - Responsible for an annual revenue target - Controlling the P&L of the portfolio ensuring that company profit goals are maintained and exceeded - Liaise with Sales logistics coordinator to improve sales compliance KPIs - Liaise with Sales logistics coordinator to proactively drive revenue - Deep involvement in our grad development program - Managing discount levels - Driving Strategic Projects in line with local team and global initiatives **Tasks**: - **General leadership of small team of inside sales people focusing on over achieving business revenue and profit targets** - Run Daily Sales spark - Attend Management spark - Closing sales - Call coaching - Call auditing - Floor coaching - Random KPI Checks - 5 min KPI review team members - Daily activity drive - calls - lead speed etc - Prepare feedback for weekly Sales Managers meetings - Driving sales and improving numbers - Monitoring sales quality - Keeping the team up to date on relevant technologies and product offerings - Managing the sales team in targeting strategic accounts to penetrate new business and maximising the business in those accounts - **Developing the potential of the team and team members** - In the moment on the floor sales and process coaching - Structured Weekly 121s with all team members with documented objectives and action plan. - Group and 121 grad coaching daily with feedback objective setting - Group and 121 Coaching for full team with - Managing disciplinary and other HR related processes - Ensuring the team keep up to date records of sales activity in a CRM system - **Strategic Business Focus** - Executing project based activities to generate more leads and consequently sales - Manage and lead a team whilst working within the guidelines of the Company policies and procedures - Generally undertake other duties as appropriate at the direction of the UK Sales Director as reasonably requested. **Core Competencies**: - **Outstanding coaching skills**: - **Outstanding sales and closing skills**: - **Continuous Development and Performance Management**: - **High Performance Team Building**: - **Winning Communication**: - **Planning and Organising**: - **Inspirational and Creative Leadership** A role model attitude that reflects what they expect from their team: - High empathy and High E.I. - Stand out Listening (and hearing) skills - Assertiveness and strength to manage challenging personalities - high self-awareness - Motivational leadership and coaching style - Solutions mind and focus - Natural ability to prioritise and keep the right plates spinning - Urgency with considered choice - Belief - "Just because it hasn’t been done before, doesn’t mean it can’t be done" - High Support, High Challenge - support your team to feel valued, challenge your team to be the best that they can be and set high expectations for yourself, themselves and each other. - Be an inspiring, fair and confident leader, making decisions for the good of the individual, the good of the team and the good of the business and balancing the 3. - Inspiring communication driving 'buy in’ to company decision. - Visionary - Has an attitude that is: I am not in this for myself, I am in it for my team.
