**Part Time Recruitment Sales**

**MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE**

ASK VC supplies skilled tradespeople and labour to leading housebuilders, subcontractors, and developers across the UK. We’re a friendly, growing business built by people who understand the industry — and we’re now expanding our recruitment team.

**The Role**

We’re looking for motivated individuals with construction knowledge or strong site connections to help us match great workers with our clients.

You’ll spend your time speaking with site managers, subcontractors, and builders to find out who needs trades or labour — and then linking them up with our available teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, knows the industry, and wants a flexible part-time position that fits around other commitments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain relationships with construction companies and site managers.
- Identify opportunities for supplying trades and labour.
- Record and report new leads to the head office team.
- Work collaboratively with our central team to fill vacancies quickly and professionally.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience as a Recruitment Consultant (Construction) and strong connections in the construction industry - Ideally as a Recruiter in the Construction Sector
- Confident communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable, organised, and self-motivated.
- Able to commit around 4 or 5 hours per week (flexible schedule).

**What We Offer**
- £20 per hour basic
- Additional performance bonuses for each successful placement (£10/placement/week)

**Schedule**
- Part-time: approximately 5 hours per week
- Flexible working hours (Monday to Friday)

**Work Location**
- Hybrid: remote and/or site visits within London and nearby areas
