**Job Title: Customer Service Assistant.**

**Reporting to: Managing Director**

**Background**

Cyclone Mobility was founded by Stuart Dunne, who was rendered tetraplegic after a serious road accident in 1985.

Stuart recognised the technological advancements that were continuing to be made in the field of mobility and rehabilitation equipment, and decided to bring these new and innovative products to the UK market.

With the advantage of being able to choose the right products for other disabled people, and to empathise with the circumstances and hurdles they are facing, Cyclone Technologies has quickly expanded and established itself as a leading provider of mobility aid technology.

**Main Purpose of Role**

Working closely with colleagues across the business, the Assistant will provide support to ensure that Cyclone provides its customers with the highest standards of service.

The Assistant will be responsible for dealing with all types of customer enquiries, liaison with the Sales team and Engineers, sales administration, product ordering and maintaining active communication with clients regarding ongoing support.

**Key elements of the role**
- **Deliver exceptional customer service**:work closely with the wider team to deliver excellent customer service and after support for all clients.
- **Sales administration -**Supporting the external sales team with sales-related administration from building quotations through to ordering products from suppliers.
- **Coordinated after-sales support**- working with the wider team to deliver excellent after sales support from order confirmations through to post-delivery enquiries.

The key tasks that the Assistant will perform fall are as follows:
**Service and support**

1. Answering incoming phone calls which will involve dealing with:
a. Sales enquiries.

b. Service issues.

c. Booking customer appointments.

2. Providing sales administrative support and product ordering

a. Supporting the sales team with quotations, invoices and appointments

b. Ordering products from suppliers

3. Repairs and parts ordering

a. Dealing with customer enquiries.

b. Liaising with the engineers to ensure that repairs / parts enquiries are dealt with and communicating with customers where necessary.

4. Booking sales demonstrations on the Microsoft Dynamics system and liaising with the regional sales team to ensure that prospective customers are dealt with efficiently.

5. Arranging the collection/delivery of products and balance payment collection.

Pay: £20,000.00 per year
