Class People have a great opportunity for a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to start in September working in Trowbridge with one of the largest SEN Schools in England. As one of the Largest SEN Schools in England, they offer some of the best support to theirstaff in the industry, as well as the potential for career progression.

The position is full time working 5 days a week and would suit you if you have experience dealing with challenging behaviour. Ideally, you will also have a background in SEMH as an SEN Teaching Assistant.

The school is large, but with the feel of a small community, and one which places a high level of focus on the development of both their students and staff.

**As an SEN Teaching Assistant with Class People, you will**:

- Have experience in supporting students in a school setting as an SEN Teaching Assistant
- Supported children in a caring environment
- Be able to sensitively deal with challenging behaviour
- Have a positive and sensitive approach, putting the needs of the students above all else
- Have excellent interpersonal communication skills

**You may also have**
- Experience dealing with very challenging behaviour
- SEN Teaching Assistant Qualifications
