**The Role and Person**
You will be able to work independently as well as closely and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. You will be eager to take ownership and responsibility for delivering your work and will be self-driven, results-oriented and be able to demonstrateexcellent time management and organizational skills.
Even within this fixed term role you will be encouraged to develop your strengths and skills through a robust structure of clinical supervision and opportunities for professional development.St Andrews has an excellent record of providing opportunitiesfor research, training and continuing professional development so you will also have access to peer support from the wider Charity, as well as regular CPD events.Training relevant to the requirements of the role will be provided.
Although our offices are based in Northampton, the post holder will mostly be required to deliver psychological services online and in other offices in Leicester, Nottingham, Northampton, Coventry, Stratford and Warwick.Due to the travel required, a fulldriver’s licence is essential. However, in return, you will also benefit from having the flexibility to work from home when appropriate to do so.
In order to be eligible you will need to be registered with HCPC and the British Psychological Society. ASD and ADHD diagnostic experience is desirable but we can offer training if this is an area in which you would like to professionally develop.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate experience of working successfully with a varied child and adult population with a wide range of mental health needs and will therefore ideally have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience butnewly qualified psychologists with a particular interest in diagnostic services will be welcomed and supported.

**The position is initially offered as a 12 month fixed term contact and there may be potential for longer term / permanent opportunities after this date.**
