Located in Chertsey, there is access via public transport with a short walk to the service but ideally you are a driver with access to own car.

- Full and part time hours available

This is a brilliant opportunity for the successful applicants to be fully involved in the setting up and shaping of this service, take ownership of your role and development and making sure people we support have a good day every day

- Supporting our people to be engaged in all their day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.

- Helping and supporting to keep people financially safe but as in control as possible.
- Supporting people to build pride about their home, making it their own and maintaining this.
- Supporting people with all aspects of their daily lives from personal care, being financially safe and aware, keeping healthy in body and mind and achieving their life goals.
- You will be part of their journey from the very beginning and see positive change
