As we continue to grow, we are seeking a creative and highly motivated **Marketing & Admin Assistant** to support our dynamic team. This is a multi-faceted role that combines marketing expertise with administrative support, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
**What You'll Do**:
**Marketing Support**:
- Create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Support the company’s brand development and visibility.
- Design and distribute promotional materials.
- Update our website and blog content.
- Track and analyse marketing performance metrics.
- Implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
- Support in organizing events, tradeshows and promotions, like our recent Pink Day fundraiser.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners, fostering strong professional relationships.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Provide support to various departments by assisting with daily administrative duties.
- Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure smooth project execution.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the team to deliver effective and creative marketing strategies.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
**What We're Looking For**:
**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven ability to produce marketing materials aimed at consumers.
- Creative and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
- Strong writing communication abilities in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and creative design software.
- Understanding of SEO principles
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on meeting deadlines.
**Desirable Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Familiarity with retail marketing, including social media, PR, and brand promotion.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with accountability for campaign delivery.
- Tracking and analyse marketing performance metrics.
- Knowledge of WordPress for website management is advantageous.
