**Progress Teachers Ltd** are an independent **Education Recruitment Agency** based in **Castle Donington**.

Founded in 2020 we are a small business looking to hire a versatile and energetic Recruitment Consultant or Trainee responsible for increasing business through effective recruitment activity with Schools across the East Midlands.

This role will be fundamental in continuing our growth in what has already been a phenomenal start to our second year in business.

You will need to have an entrepreneurial flair with a self drive matched only by your determination to succeed. You will play a vital role in collaborating and making key decisions on the business's direction, being a fundamental part of our success.

Ideally, you will have experience of the **education sector or sales**. You will understand the challenges associated with business development and be a resilient character.

We are looking for a few common traits of top billers - you will be someone who is relentlessly determined, have resilience in the bucket load & someone who creates their own opportunity; naturally able to communicate with individuals at all levels of their career. You will enjoy the challenge of sales founded on the principles of delivering the best service & building quality relationships. You will be excited by the prospect of starting a new desk from scratch & the opportunity it can afford you; taking charge of your own geographical area and everything in-between.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
