If you are someone who is passionate about carrying out day-to-day maintenance of Strode Park House and grounds and responding to our resident's maintenance requests then this full time, permanent role could be for you. We are looking for a friendly and hands-on Facilities Assistant to join our team based at Strode Park House in Herne.

We’re looking for someone who is able to multi-task with ease, is customer focused, resilient, proactive and has attention to detail. You’ll need to be flexible, able to work on your own initiative, and have great communication skills to succeed in this role.

Ideally we are looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- The ability to work as part of a team with other stakeholders in a collaborative and engaging way
- Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation
- Understanding of facilities maintenance
- A commitment to your own continuing professional and personal development

A full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle will be an advantage.
