Bee Tee Alarms Ltd are looking for an experienced 'Office accounts / Bookkeeper/Sales ledger clerk' due to long term member's of staff retiring.

Located at our office in Northampton.
We are a Family owned independent installer and maintainer of Security systems, certified to NSI Gold and registered with Police authorities.

As an enthusiastic and experienced individual you will be responsible for servicing Customer accounts and purchase ledger operations, including the following:

- Maintaining the Purchase Ledger, Purchase payments
- Daily cash flow Bank reconciliation
- Preparation and submittal of VAT returns
- Analyze Time sheets, commission, Holiday absence etc. for Payroll.
- Process wages and company dividends etc.
- Input journals for trial balance on account
- Petty cash and misc small tasks
- Daily banking, posting of payments.
- Allocation of customer account payments
- Process Company Credit card receipts
- Analyze company reports, work in progress etc.
- Liaise closely with other members (Company Accountants, Credit Control staff)
- Dealing with Account queries
- Receipt of Customer card payments
- Allocation of payments to Sage

A minimum of 5 years experience with Sage accounting software (Sage Line 50, Sage Payroll) Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. We also use a bespoke database / service software called CASH for windows
- 25 Hour per week, Flexible Hours (Mon-Fri)
- 21 Days holiday(Full time) + Bank Holidays + additional days accrued
- Company Pension scheme

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.80-£16.41 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
