**Salary**: £35,000 - £40,000 + bonus and benefits
Summary:
Our client is a leading manufacturer within their niche of the construction industry providing solutions to the construction, engineering, retail and municipal sectors.

They are currently looking to recruit a Customer Manager to work closely both with Customers and internal Production teams to deliver increased revenues and outstanding customer service. This role may suit someone from a background in construction, estimating,project management or other manufacturing sectors.

The key points of the role are summarised below:
Key Responsibilities:

- Working closely with existing customers to maximise all commercial opportunities and grow their spend.
- Acting as the key interface between customers and internal Production and Operations personnel
- Raising quotations and following them up.
- Contract review of sales orders.
- Helping customers to specify their requirements in line with production and delivery capabilities.
- Using your knowledge with customers to report regularly with senior management to ensure that resource planning is in line with customers' requirements and anticipated future needs.
- Internal project planning and contract record keeping.
- Looking for opportunities to create new business.

Key Skills/Experience:

- Used to working with customers and internal teams.
- Comfortable communicating project updates on an ongoing basis with customers.
- A good academic level. GCSE's and A Levels.
- Numerate
- Literate
- Knowledge of CRM software
- MS Office programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused
- Driving licence
