In support of our rapid and continued UK growth, we are currently seeking a **Sales Administrator** to join our Business Operations team and enable the seamless operation of the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in all areas of the business, with a company that values its people and offers opportunities for development.
**Your role as Sales Administrator**:
Your role will be busy and varied - no two days will be the same You will work closely with the Business Operations Manager and wider Business Operations team to ensure the smooth and successful running of the sales order process and related business functions. To achieve this, you will need to work in collaboration with individuals and teams across the business, providing support wherever it is needed. You should be motivated to succeed, with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
**Responsibilities**:
**Key responsibilities of the role include**:
- CRM/ERP systems management
- Lead processing and allocation
- Compiling and sending quotations to customers
- Order processing and liaison with suppliers
- Service contract administration
- Provision of key account support to Sales Account Managers
- Credit control and generation of client invoices
- Delivery processes and logistics management Analysis of reports and compilation of key Management Information

- Degree or equivalent preferred
**Organisation Structure**:
The Sales Administrator reports to the Business Operations Manager.
**Job Specifics**:
- This role is based at our Basingstoke office, with flexibility for occasional homeworking by agreement
- Hours are full-time: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
