A leading Health Data Research Charity is looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to support their digital marketing activities for a newly launched online platform. This role is on a part time freelance basis for 3-5 months. Complete remote working.

You will be supporting the digital marketing activities for one of the organisation's CPD programmes, in particular to put in place a programme of activity that will enable us to encourage new users to register to join our Virtual Learning Environment andkeep them engaging with our training content.

**Key deliverables**:

- Put in place a programme of marketing activity to increase the number of users for through creative and targeted marketing campaigns and put in place strategies to ensure the users remain engaged. This could include:

- Review of user journey to registration on the programme and put in place improvements that drive sign ups
- use of comms and social media channels (organic and paid - Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube) to increase brand awareness and in particular to drive users and retain users within our Virtual Learning Environment
- Use of paid search, google grants account, and display ads to increase brand awareness and drive keyword related traffic on the website and the platform
- Identify new ways to acquire new users and to engage with content of the programme
- Work with comms team to optimise full use of comms channels available either via ourselves or our partners
- Improve and optimise SEO on the training content on the website to increase organic search traffic and drive engaged and perspective users to the website and platform
- Review of website content to improve UX
- A marketing data dashboard to monitor the success of the campaigns.

**What you need to succeed**
- Strong experience in similar role with a broad digital marketing approach
- Campaign development and management
- Marketing automation experience
- Good copywriting/editing skills
- Proven experience with social media e.g. LinkedIn & Twitter (paid and organic)
- Proven experience using google AdWords to create and optimise google search and display ads
- Google analytics
- SEO optimisation experience
- Desirable to have experience within the not for profit or academic sector
