The main duties of this role is to drive pupils to and from their homes and school, however there will be additional requirements as per the needs of the School.
The role will include collecting young people from home to school and return journey at the end of the school day, also there will be journeys from our main site to the Rawtenstall unit for classes and therapy sessions as required. The role will be split shifts Monday - Friday on a term-time only basis.

The school currently accepts pupils from some 16 different Local Education Authorities in the North West and although we are predominantly a day school, there is provision for up to 12 pupils to board Monday to Friday in term time only. We have also had our registration changed recently to incorporate admitting more young people up to the age of 18 at our Sixth Form, which now means that we can take up to 110 young people.

Previous experience is required as well as a clean, full UK driving licence.

**Organisation - **You’ll need to be confident and organised in record keeping, ensuring issues are logged on the internal computer systems and keeping up to date with routine maintenance checks.
