I am looking for a Senior IT Technician / Helpdesk team leader to join an industry leading company on a permanent basis. **Role & Responsibilities**:
This role you will be responsible for managing the Helpdesk whilst still remaining hands on, acting as the escalation point for Junior technicians and assigning tickets where due. This will also be a great opportunity to implement and lead projects throughoutthe business, the company have many upcoming projects that they want someone to hit the ground running with.
