- Remote, within territory where NAE have a school, E.g. Thailand or Malaysia.
- Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Regional Sales Officer to join Nord Anglia Education, in the Global Recruitment team.
- We are looking for someone to help us create an outstanding experience for agents and students throughout our Agent Experience Journey.
- You’ll be responsible for driving performance of your territory, across Educational Agent Partners and Nord Anglia Boarding schools. You will be a key member of the Global Recruitment Team (GRT), work across schools and functions to deliver a quality, compliant enrolment of new students and support schools, agents and families to enable re-enrolment.

**The role**:

- We seek an individual to join as a Regional Sales Officer where your focus will be:

- To Plan and achieve the recruitment targets across designated NAE schools.
- To deliver the recruitment objectives through attendance at targeted recruitment events and activities
- To work with colleagues across Marketing, Admissions and Student Recruitment to implement market-focused activity. plans.
- Champion data capture and lead management through CRM (Salesforce) and ensure that territory actions are captured effectively within CRM.
- Maintain regional enrolment data to identify opportunities and risks and develop plans to unlock or mitigate.
- Ensure that velocity and conversation rates, to drive performance against regional targets
- To develop a strong understanding of all relevant Nord Anglia Education portfolio for territory.
- Ensure effective marketing of NAE schools to agents and partners to drive NAE Boarding and short course recruitment.
- Support central and school marketing teams to develop and deploy relevant activities.
- Minimum 3 years working in a sales or service delivery sector. Experience in educational sales will be a benefit
- Excellent understanding of sales and marketing processes in the international education sector
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Is a champion of the benefits and opportunities associated with international education
- Willing to undertake up to 40% travel a year sales travel globally
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations.
- Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.
