**About the Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and reliable **SSSTS Site Supervisor** to join our team. You will play a key role in overseeing site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to progress their career within construction management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times.
- Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions.
- Monitor and manage site labour, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Report progress, issues, and updates to the Site Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities.
- Support the delivery of projects on time and within budget.

**Requirements**:

- SSSTS qualification (Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme) - essential.
- Proven experience working as a site supervisor within construction.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety practices and site procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems on site.
- CSCS card (valid) - preferred.
- First Aid at Work - desirable.
