Hayley 247 Engineering Services specialise in providing a comprehensive range of reactive and planned mechanical engineering services to a broad and diverse range of industry sectors. We are a busy and steadily growing company in need of a Goods In/Out Co-Ordinator.

We are going from strength to strength and have a new opportunity for a Goods In/Out Co-Ordinator to join our busy workshop in Dudley. This position requires concentration, motivation, and energy; everybody works under pressure to reach deadlines. You will work closely with Production, Operations, Suppliers, and Customers, so you must have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

**Goods In /Out Co-Ordinator - Role Responsibilities (not limited to)**
- Checking goods against delivery notes for accuracy and damage
- Organising collections & deliveries with overall control of transport
- Liaising with haulers and couriers to build relationships and negotiate favorable rates
- Maintaining FLTs, ensuring logbooks are completed and routine maintenance is carried out
- Ensuring the commercial vehicles are kept to the expected standard
- Distributing goods into the correct department and processing in the workshop
- Palletising and packing jobs in readiness for dispatch
- Using EMIR (our ERP system) to process jobs - booking in/out and raising purchase orders within the business
- Logistical control of existing WIP between departments and units
- Cleaning of goods in/out area and yard

**Goods In /Out Co-Ordinator - Role Requirements**:

- IT literate
- FLT license (desirable)
- Overhead crane trained (desirable)
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good communicator (F2F and via telephone)
- Full UK driving license (essential)
- A positive ‘can-do attitude
- Good negotiating skills
- Experience in manual handling and goods in/out
- Familiar in working with Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental standards

- Basic pay between £20,800 - £24,960 depending on experience
