We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team. The Support Worker will be responsible for providing assistance and support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities and routines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist individuals with daily living tasks.
- Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and assistance.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and progress

Qualifications:

- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
