Reliable, committed female required to provide assistance to a female wheelchair user in her own home. This is a varied role and Non-Carers are very welcome to apply. No previous experience is necessary.

**Free, secure parking is available at your place of work.** Full on the job training will be given. The role will involve using a sling and hoist which will be thoroughly trained. This role is an active role however, so a good level of fitness will be required. Driving is a key part of the role.

**£185 paid per shift, 1 shift every other week. Further shifts available if required.**

**PAID £370 every 4 weeks by BACS Transfer**

**Week 1 ROTA**

**Frid 6pm - Sat 6pm ** (20 hours paid, some driving of the client in her Wheelchair adapted automatic car, staying overnight including waking to turn the client after 4 hours, and getting the client up, washed and dressed the next day. Food preparation and domestic tasks as required)

**Week 2 ROTA **(0 hours required - off work
- other hours available if desired)

This role includes providing assistance with:
- Personal care (showering/hair-styling, nail trimming etc)
- Home management (cooking healthy meals, cleaning, ironing, shopping etc)
- Social and Leisure activities (taking client to see family, going on walks with the client and her dog, being out socially etc)

You will be required to drive the client to appointments or to see family and friends in her own wheelchair accessible automatic vehicle. It is a requirement of insurance that drivers are over the age of 25. This is an essential part of the role and you should be confident to drive on motorways around the Preston, Blackpool and Manchester area if required. Parking is available at your place of work.

You should have your own car to travel to and from work reliably.

Paid every 4th Friday via BACS.

During sleepover shifts, you sleepover in a separate room.

Breaks must be taken within the client’s home.

The person must be flexible and assist the client in the various aspects of her every day life.

Immediate start available. All training given.
