**Some Specifics of the Role**:
The role will be working within the Administration team to provide front-of-house services within a reception-based role. This role will be between the hours of 8am - 5pm and an onsite role Monday - Friday. You will be required to deliver high-quality reception and ad-hoc services in line with the company's objectives and values.

**Tasks will include the following**:

- Reception duties; greeting clients, staff, other professionals and suppliers.
- Making drinks for clients and meeting attendees.
- Telephone answering.
- Task creation.
- Receiving deliveries.
- Providing administrative assistance to the business.
- Mailbox management.
- Document management.
- Assisting the department to manage the departmental KPIs.
- Assisting where needed with debt management.
- Maintaining a tidy company site, for both employees and attending clients.
- Cleaning duties as required to facilitate the daily running of the business.
- Watering our plants.
- Coordinating building maintenance and organising required servicing.
- Maintaining facilities and coordinating improvements/changes across sites.
- Maintaining supplies of office supplies/groceries.
- Assisting to Coordinate Building Projects.
- Booking Training events for staff members.
- Taking company cars to be serviced/cleaned etc.
- Supporting company goals and enforcing standards within the team.
- Anything else that is required by the Department / Business to facilitate maintaining our Company objectives and Values.
