The Property Officer will support the Estates Senior Surveyor, Estates Specialist Services Senior Manager Property Assets and Head of Specialist Services in the recording, monitoring and reviewing of all South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust (SEHSCT) property management issues and work projects.

The Property Officer will update property management records and information held relating to:

- Leased and Licensed property information including rent, service charges, rates, insurance, landlord, tenants, agents etc
- Rates for all SEHSCT owned and leased properties (and exemptions)
- Ground rent
- Site maps and property plans
- Lease/licence agreements
- Condition reports
- Estates Terriers - Property deeds - Boundary maps - Property Finance Initiative (PFI) Projects

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £15.57-£27.67 per hour
