Nursery Practitioner

**Duties**:

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods
- Assist with personal care tasks such as feeding, diapering, and toileting
- Observe and monitor children's development and behavior
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and daily activities
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's day and any concerns or updates

**Skills**:

- Experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors with a calm demeanor
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
