**The Company**

Nurse Seekers are proud to be recruiting a Care Assistant on behalf of a great care provider in Poole who have been well established for a number of years.

Our client prides themselves on putting residents’ needs and feelings first throughout their homes with a dedicated team of care staff. The homes provide independence, choice and individuality within a loving, home from home environment.

**The Home**

This spacious care home for the elderly is situated in Poole. The home provides person centred care services for older people and those with dementia with fantastic facilities.

**The Role**

The main duties include but are not limited to:

- Assist residents with personal care needs
- Ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect
- End of life care
- Keep up to date with residents care needs
- Help in the promotion of mental and physical wellbeing

**Desired Qualifications**
- NVQ 2 or above
- Manual handling, SOVA, Infection control, Demntia, Care of Medicines, First Aid, Basic Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Mental Capacity act and Deprivation of Libertines
