We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, energetic and hard-working individual to join our growing team as a Warehouse Assistant.

The role is based at our warehouse in Castle Donington, Derby. You'll be joining a small team responsible for picking technical production equipment for live events using hand-held scanners, and ensuring everything gets safely loaded onto vehicles to travel to and from site.

You will need to be physically fit, organized, have a great eye for detail with a flexible approach to work and have a real passion for the industry. This can be a fast moving environment so you will need to be able to work to strict deadlines under pressure.

Main job responsibilities:

- Being part of the warehouse team on a day to day basis.
- Role modelling and maintaining high operational standards within every element of the role.
- Organisation and efficient prioritising of work load.
- Ensure warehouse Health & Safety and regulatory process are followed at all times.
- Have the ability to work in a team environment.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Other duties and responsibilities expressed and implied which arise from the nature and character of the role.

- Experience of working as part of a team.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- A flexible approach to work.
- Evidence of good process skills and proven ability to manage change.
- Good time keeping and time management of tasks.
