Are you someone with an excellent command of the Korean language (both written & verbal), looking for a new challenge working for a growing international technology company? Reporting to the Head of Service this is a unique opportunity to join a productiveteam, providing administrative and logistic support to a range of global distributors. As a key part of the company's Service Centre, you will supervise the daily activity and have the ability to communicate effectively with the Korean, UK based and Europeansites. A working knowledge of SAP, CRM systems and after-care services would be highly beneficial to succeed in this role, working for a fun, modern and dynamic company in an excellent central location
Role & Responsibilities:
- Resolving customer queries, by effectively liaising with other departments when needed
- Ensure all aspects of customer requirements are adhered to, particularly the spare part specifications
- Monitoring spare part orders
- Processing payments (Credit notes and Invoices)
- To supervise the activity within the warehouse, working closely with our 3rd party Service Centre.
- To provide accurate and timely liaison with Korean HQ ensuring effective and timely supply of spare parts to After Service Centres and distributors
- To provide accurate and timely management of all billing process to include price adjustments and payment management.
- Monitor spare part consumption by After Service Centres.
- Accurate and timely management of credit control for returned parts.
- To liaise closely with the order processing team to ensure accurate and timely supply of parts.
- Review and process invoices that relates to logístical and operational cost of the after service operation.
- Carry out spare parts consumption audit (twice yearly).
- Manage and monitor the CRM system to include System Improvement; HQ Process & Follow Up; Analysis of all Change Requests to System.
- To provide detailed written reports on outstanding spare parts issues on a monthly basis or as and when required.
- Actively building positive relationships between all clients, customers and colleagues.
- Manage and monitor B-grade sample stock.
- Manage and monitor rework projects performed by service centre.
- To provide support to colleagues and management on 'ad hoc' projects.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and schedules.
- To display an alignment with company values including passion, integrity, honesty and respect.
- To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Head of SCM & Service.
Personal Attributes & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within an administration function, preferably within the technology industry.
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Korean & English Language essential plus at least the local country language.
- Ability to communicate on all levels in a clear and concise manner both verbally and electronically.
- Educated to A-Level standard education or equivalent.
- Intermediate & Advanced 'Microsoft Office' skills to include Excel.
- Clean Driving License.
