**Responsibilities**:

- Design & develop learning programmes for hard skill competences
- Conduct research to find the most effective ways to teach difficult or technical information.
- Deliver eLearning Storyboards and F2F Training Materials based on design brief
- Create, test, and evaluate multiple learning approaches to account for diversity in the target audience.
- Create effective instructional strategies using different media (e.g., videos, graphics, jobaids).
- Ensure train-the-train material enables instructors and assessors toeffectively deliver learning programmes

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Temporary contract, Freelance, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: £200.00-£300.00 per day
