**Full Job Description - Embellishment Operative**

**_The purpose of the role: _**_Work with Team Leader to prepare orders to meet deadlines, ensuring high quality embellishment on all garments._

**Main duties**:

- Work with Team leaders to ensure production deadlines are maintained.
- Embellishing and personalising garments using heat press and embroidery machines to ensure that consistency is maintained with excellent quality and positioning
- Printing and personalising products using specialised machinery
- Provide warehouse support across picking and packing
- Identify any problems with orders and communicate with the Team Leaders to action the appropriate solution.
- Work efficiently amongst the team and independently when required, to maintain a high level of quality and output throughout all tasks
- Focus on minimizing waste of product and efficiency
- Help ensure a high-level of quality on all products
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving
- Adaptable and flexible to a variety of tasks

**Salary**: £[ TBA ] per year. KPI’s to be set and agreed.
