Job Overview: TRAINING PROVIDED.
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to children with **complex medical needs**, in need of care, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes
- Perform complex medical procedures, Airway management, and PEG/PEJ feeding.
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in care or related field is required.
- **Skills in complex care is Advantageous**,
- Familiarity with home care procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans accurately and effectively.
- **Must be able to work anyday of the week, Night shifts - 12 HOUR SHIFTS.**FLEXIBILITY **IS**ESSENTIAL

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract

Pay: £15.00-£23.40 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
