We have an opportunity for a Mobile Cleaning Operative to carry out the operational duties, including associated works, on all One Manchester's owned and managed buildings including the internal and external communal areas and community play grounds.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- To deliver an efficient mobile cleaning service including removal of graffiti and rubbish to tenanted and void properties.
- To maximise productivity and always comply with all current regulations and good practice.
- To achieve defined performance targets, KPI’s and productivity levels
- Good communication skills when dealing with customers, contractors, colleagues, and other agencies.
- Carry out all duties in accordance with all One Manchester policies and procedures.
- To be a positive ambassador for the facilities and environmental team and One Manchester.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Relevant experience in a cleaning/caretaking role and/or an achievement of an appropriate NVQ standard.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a can do, professional attitude and drive to make a real difference to One Manchester’s customers and neighbourhoods.
- Understanding of Health and Safety issues as they relate to buildings and maintenance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- The ability to lone work and in a team to achieve successful outcomes.
- Accurately record, document and complete work activity through mobile devices or other appropriate means.

Due to the nature of the role, you must possess a Full UK driving licence.
