Mackenzie Jones are delighted to be working with a fantastic Healthy Food & Drink start-up brand. The business has had a fantastic first few trading years and further growth projected for the rest of this year and beyond. With Sustainability and the Health& Wellbeing of their customers being a major focus for them as a business, they’re generating plenty of interest not only because of their products but also because of their values too.
As a business which has physical restaurants as well as a fully-fledged E-Commerce website, the Founders are looking to hire a hugely ambitious individual who can be the real driving force behind the growth of the brand going forwards. An effective E-Commerceoperation and exploring new Wholesale/B2B opportunities is integral to the success of the business so this E-Commerce & Operations Manager role is an extremely important hire.
- You have experience working for a UK start-up/challenger brand (FMCG/Hospitality experience is essential, ideally Food/Drink).
- You have previous E-Commerce experience, ideally experience using Shopify/Shopify Plus.
- You have proven Sales experience, ideally B2B/Wholesale sales.
- Operations experience would be desirable (liaising with warehouse/logistics teams).
- You have people management experience.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Full ownership of the growth strategy across an omni-channel approach (D2C & B2B/Wholesale)
- Ownership of the E-Commerce website sales (Shopify)
- Looking at new DTC, B2B & Wholesale opportunities
- Operations experience (managing the packing/logistics teams in the warehouse for D2C orders)
